課程概述 |
本課程由土木系郭斯傑教授與法律系林明鏘教授共同開課，供土木系及法律系大學部同學選修。課程設計之主要目的，在於給予工程與法學之跨領域學習，使得土木系同學能有工程法學的基礎概念與認知外，法律系同學亦能有工程（指營建工程為主）進行之基本知識，所以合班上課，共同講授，藉以激發智慧的火花。
This course is held by Prof. Guo S.J.(Department of Civil Engineering) and Prof. Lin M.C.(Department of Law), in order to provide a selective course for undergraduates from the Department of Civil Engineering or Law.This course will involve cross-field learning between construction engineering and law, as well as introducing the basic concept in these fields.

建築法
營造業法
政府採購法
促進民間參與公共建設法
都市更新條例
契約法學（尤其是民法上之承攬契約）
This course is designed for both departments’ students, and will focus on construction law, which includes:
Construction Act
Construction Industry Act
Government Procurement Act
Act for Promotion of Private Participation in Infrastructure Projects
Urban Renewal Act
Contract Law(especially in Hire of Work of Civil Code) |

課程要求 |
上課方式由兩位老師主授，課程中會有小作業之分配，期末則有一次期末評量，上課出席率、小作業及發言紀錄，均作為評量之參考。
The course will be proceeded by lectures from both professors, and students will have few assignments and a final examination. The attendance, assignments and participation in class will also be considered as parts of final result. |
